Mubende rejects life presidency and demands new NRM leader.

Mubende district residents have tasked some of their mps Benny Namugwanya [woman mp] and Rtd Maj Joseph Kakooza with Museveni's picture to do all they can to ensure article 102[b] isn't amended .

In a consultative meeting held today evening the residents made views known through their LC 3/ sub county chairpersons. Of the 22 LC 3 chairpersons who voted, a whooping 16 voted against life presidency and urged NRM to get some one else other than Museveni to be their chairman and presidential candidate in 2021.

In Namugwanya and Kakooza's hearing , the Mubende grass root leaders [all of them NRM ] argued that there is no way NRM will attract any young people to join it as members unless it changes leadership at the top.
